After returning to her home town of Exeter in 2003, Claire took up a post at Exeter City Football Club as First Team Therapist, among the highlights of her three and a half seasons there Claire was involved in the club’s third round FA Cup run, which saw them at Old Trafford playing against Manchester United. In December 2006, Claire transferred to work at championship club Plymouth Argyle, where she headed the academy medical department working with budding young players from under 9 up to under 18. Whilst in this position Claire undertook part one of the FA Fitness Trainers Award, which has enhanced her knowledge in strength, conditioning and fitness. In September 2009, Claire took over as First Team Therapist at Plymouth before deciding six months later to change her career path and set up a private practice. In more recent months, Claire has broadened her experience by working at the Royal Marine Training Centre at Lympstone as a Remedial Instructor.

Additional Qualifications Claire has gained over the years have enhanced her skill base, namely in Manual Therapy techniques of mobilisations and manipulations as well as functional movement pattern assessments.

Claire is keen to use the expertise that have been developed over the past seven years in professional sport to provide the highest quality and level of care for everybody.
