room rental options
There are different rental schemes to choose from and you can move between them easily as need arises. Our rates are very competitive and we are as flexible as we can be.
Whichever entry point you choose, you are able to benefit from joining any of our joint marketing/website approaches:

ad-hoc hourly rental
This has the benefit of no commitment renting as and when you require it. Hourly rates are very competitive in the local marketplace and they reduce to £8.50 per hour for any hours taken over 4 hours (in any one week).
Rooms can be booked for just one hour and you can book several weeks ahead. Rooms are subject to availability but availability is good given our recent expansion.
Ad-hoc hours are invoiced weekly.
morning, afternoon or evening sessional licenses
This has the benefit of knowing you have the same chosen room at the same time each week which enables you to plan your diary and your business around these times. There are also considerable cost savings involved. If you fill your sessions and wish to take further ad-hoc hours, these are available at £7.50 per hour.
There are no long contracts, just a month's notice either side. Sessional licenses are paid monthly by standing order.
I started off my therapy business in Exeter with one afternoon and evening per week. Clients knew that was when my Exeter clinic ran and they made themselves available. I ran my business like this for nearly 2 years (no having to check room availability) and it became so successful I took more time, and eventually, after 3 years, I took a permanent room rental.
Having sessions to fill focuses your mind on your business and marketing plans and you soon find yourself filling those hours!
Sessions typically run as follows:
9.00 – 1.00 pm
1.30 – 5.30 pm
6.00 – 9.00 pm
We do endeavour to be flexible though,
wherever possible, so if you would like different hours, please ask!
day licenses
Some of our practitioners, who have Practices elsewhere, like to come to Exeter for a day or two a week to maximise their time here. Again, they are assured of the same room and can focus and manage their business accordingly.
The savings are immense! Again, ad-hoc hours at £7.50 can be added as and when they are required.
permanent room rental
We have been asked if we would consider permanent room rental, and the answer is yes!
There is a 6-month commitment required with a month's notice either side. Most permanent room rentals require at least a 12-month commitment. Beautifully furnished and ready to go!
You have all the benefits of your own room but in an established Clinic with your own door entry system ready installed. We are happy for a sign to go up outside the building subject to design and size.
You can enjoy the benefits of our waiting area, client restroom, kitchen and our wi-fi.
