Hi, and welcome to Southernhay Clinic Exeter, therapy rooms, treatment rooms & consulting rooms to rent or hire. The Clinic is run by a therapist for therapists!
I have practised in Exeter for over seven years, and gained a wealth of experience in the local market place, client groups and the best forms of promotion. I am supported by my partner, Paul, who designs the website and takes the photos!
Having practised in Harley Street, I recognised there was a gap in Exeter to create an upmarket Clinic with the feel of Harley Street in Devon. I understand there are many differing needs, depending on your specialism, so the Clinic and the rooms have been designed to offer maximum flexibility and ease of access at any time of the day, week or evening.
The Clinic is run very much as a community and we offer support for practitioners to come together to jointly promote where there are synergies. We have created 'clinics within the clinic' to help with joint marketing and we encourage a multi-practitioner approach to treating clients, with cross-referrals. These are being developed through the website which is undergoing massive re-writing over this year.

Some of our activities:
- All practitioners are featured on the website if they wish
- Through our connections with Exeter Living, we have helped practitioners secure great double-page write-ups!
- We have secured interviews on Exeter FM
- We send out press releases to help promote new practitioners, new promotions etc
- We have held several open days/evenings and make the clinic available for those practitioners who wish to do so – we have had some really successful events including a joint event with HSBC Private Bank and their top clients.
- We hold practitioner meetings (not too often!) and invite you to join in should you wish to network, become part of our communicty and/or look for joint promotional potential
- You can join is as much or as little as you prefer!
