I have been providing personalised nutritional advice for more than 20 years and I have a specific knowledge of sports nutrition. I am currently studying an MSc, of which Sports Nutrition is a part. Over the last 10 years I have helped a variety of athletes including marathon runners, cyclists and triathletes, kite surfers and professional rugby players.
I have a BSc (Hons) Dietetics (Registered with Health Professions Council); Advanced Diploma in the Applications of Integrative and Relational Approaches to Transactional Analytic Counselling & Psychotherapy; British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists; and I am currently completing MSc Weight Management with Sports Nutrition.
